The Consortium 'Yes We Did'

People have been asking where I got my 'Yes We Did' President Obama Inauguration

t-shirt. Its an Obey original, I bought it on-line from Bournemouth based skate shop The Consortium. At the time Consortium had sold out but I heard from them yesterday and they've managed to secure another shipment. Get in there fast, its a small restock of the t-shirts which feature Shepard Fairey's 'November 4th 2008' artwork and the iconic image of Obama. This is one for the writers out there, Fairey's image has just been inducted into America's National Portrait Gallery making it the first official portrait of the President to be recognised by a cultural institution! Wow first Banksy here in the UK now Fairey.. finally the regard of underground art has definitely shifted in the minds of the establishment ! The tees are available in both black and white and this is your last chance to bag one before they're gone!

(A note to the ladies depending on how you wear it!) the tee's a rectangle rather than box shaped. They also come up on the small side for US tee's, I'm a UK women's size 8 so I bought a size medium thinking I'd be swamped in the L - XL tee's I usually wear. Its 'perfect' fit worn over a pair of leggings but I cant knot it on the side so maybe a size large, or x-large would be a better fit for the boyfriend tee style look!
